The service

Statement Converter turns the documents you upload, such as bank statements, invoices and receipts, into CSV, Markdown and JSON files. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

Some features need an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your files

Your files stay yours. You confirm that you are allowed to upload them. We use them only to provide the service.

Files uploaded without an account are deleted after 24 hours, and files in an account after 30 days. With an account you can delete a file and its results at any time.

Results

Documents are read automatically, and a result can contain mistakes. Check it against the original before you rely on it. The service is provided as it is.

Plans and payment

Usage is counted in pages. A plan renews every month or every year, as you chose, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Billing, and your pages stay usable until the end of the period you paid for.

A page pack is paid once and its pages do not expire. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are taken by our payment provider; we do not see or store your card.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded unless the law requires it. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to [email protected].

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not try to disrupt it, and do not get around its limits.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
