What we collect

Account details you give when you sign up, such as your email address. The files you upload and the results made from them. Technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive the result of a payment, not your card details.

Why we use it

To convert your documents, run your account and billing, keep the service secure, measure how it is found and used, and answer you when you write to us.

Who receives it

Service providers that host the service, read documents, sign you in and take payments process data for us. We do not sell your data.

Some of these providers are outside your country; where the law requires it, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Files uploaded without an account are deleted after 24 hours, and files in an account after 30 days or when you delete them. Account details are kept while the account exists, and billing records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember an upload made without an account, to protect the service and to see which campaign brought a visit.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to [email protected].
